In my opinion, no day is complete without physical activity and excellent food. If I’m not working my day job, you can find me out for a bike ride, hitting the golf course, or cooking up something delicious.
I’m far from a professional chef, nor am I a personal trainer, but one thing I do have is a passion; a passion to live a healthy life, listen to my body, and enjoy life to the fullest.
To me, a healthy lifestyle is not counting calories or checking the number on a scale, but rather making conscious choices every day to live healthier by fueling your body with food and choosing to be active daily.
